Gratitude notepad to print
Practising gratitude has shown people becoming more mindful and happy in life. You start thinking about the little things in your life which bring you happiness. Often you forget them or take them for granted. You focus on the negative stuff which worries you. You can lose sleep over those and anxiety can build up.
We found it a bit challenging to find gratitude stuff which wasn’t religious. It’s fine if you believe in a god but there are a lot of people who are atheists and we wanted to cater for them as well.
As you become more mindful you can show your gratitude more, show kindness which also brings more satisfaction into your life. That doesn’t mean you need to give money to charity, it’s about every day activities like holding the door for others, saying thank you for things, ringing an old friend.
